Barbara Mullenex, a founding partner of OPX PLLC, wanted to do something to commemorate the DC design company's 25th anniversary last year.

Instead of a lavish bash to celebrate, the idea that resonated with employees the most was a plan to hold 25 events to celebrate 25 years of business.
